Application Steps

Step 1

Take the Assessment

The assessment focuses on behaviors, motivators, and takes a deep dive into how you prioritize thought at the deepest level. It measures key attributes and provides us with a strong understanding of who you are. This allows us to place you in the best position to leverage your strengths and succeed while staying motivated and engaged.

Step 2

Schedule an Interview

After completing the assessment, you will receive an email within 10 to 20 minutes to schedule your interview. Every candidate who completes the assessment will be interviewed. During the interview, we will verify our understanding of who you are, test your systems and equipment, and, if we are the right fit for each other, begin your development and placement process

Step 3

Placement and Training

Depending on the role, you may need additional training, or you may already be trained. Our focus is on ensuring you have the proper training to excel in your role. Whether it’s cold calling, bookkeeping, administration, social media, or other areas, we aim to place you in a position to succeed. Ongoing training and development will continue throughout your time with us.
