Our Story
Our founder’s journey began with big dreams—first of NFL stardom, then of corporate success. After injuries and workplace disappointments, he experienced firsthand the frustrations of working with virtual assistants after becoming an entrepreneur and thinking that virtual assistants would solve all of his problems.
For nearly a decade, he avoided VAs altogether after disappointing experiences with services that promised specialized training and assessments but delivered little value.
The turning point came while consulting for other businesses. Witnessing VAs being treated as disposable resources rather than valued team members with families, and receiving multiple calls in a single day from virtual assistants in tears over their treatment, he knew it was time for change.
